Joanne has been doing hair for 7 years going on 30. Her drive and passion for this industry has taken her farther than most in just a short time. After completing beauty school at San Jose City College in 2002, she apprenticed in some top salons in Los Gatos, then became an educator for Rusk Inc in 2003. With Rusk, she traveled the country teaching other stylists advanced haircutting and color techniques along with re-texture services such as Rusk's Anti-Curl and Thermal Str-8, a revolutionary straightening system.

Throughout the years she has always kept herself educated by taking numerous classes from Goldwell, TIGI, Alfa Parf, Bumble and Bumble as well as Kerastase. In the summer of 2008, she recently became certified in 3 different extension techniques: Hair-Locs, Fusion, and Skin-Wefts. She enjoys doing extensions as it allows her clients to truly "try on a different shoe."

Though she's fresh and new in the industry, according to most, she's one of the most sought out hairstylists in the San Jose area. Her approach to making sure her clients are happy is simple: making sure that the look they receive not only looks fabulous, but works for their lifestyle as well; whether they are the next upcoming superstar or the grocery cart driving super mom, it's something that will work for your daily life.
